Etiquette
  • All new students must read and sign a waiver-release form upon arrival at the studio
  • To accommodate you properly, it's best that first-time students arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class for orientation – this includes visiting Bikram Yoga students, regardless of experience. All other students please arrive prepared for class 10 minutes early to sign in and allow your body to adjust to the heat. Class starts on time. NO LATECOMERS WILL BE ALLOWED IN.
  • All classes are 90 minutes long, please make it your goal to stay in class, on your mat, the entire time.
  • The studio will be open 30 minutes prior to class and close 30 minutes after each class.
  • PLEASE BE SILENT IN THE YOGA ROOM.
  • No footwear, food, gum, cellphones, pagers, bags or extra clothing in the yoga room. Please leave them in the changeroom or give them to the desk staff.
  • Do not wear colognes or perfumes in the class.  Have a shower first if necessary.
  • Please take your water breaks between postures and not while others are balancing in postures.
  • As you become more familiar with the series and with your own body, if you need to take a break at any time, simply sit down in kneeling position or lie down in savasana.during the standing series it is best to kneel.
  • CLASS CARDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, AND NON-EXTENDABLE. THEY CANNOT BE SHARED. Class cards expire after 12 months.
