What is Bikram Yoga?

Bikram Yoga is a Hatha Yoga Series made up of 26 postures done in an environment heated to 100 degrees farenheit.  The series works the entire body from top to bottom, inside and out in 90 minutes. Bikram Yoga helps to rejuvenate the body, reduce stress and relieve tension. The heat helps to warm up the muscles and aids the body in detoxification. The postures are designed so that anyone from the beginner to the advanced feels challenged, regardless of flexibility or strength. This magic formula combined with regular practice brings rapid improvement in body shape, fitness, overall health and mental well-being.
